About Me

Learn about me and my approach here.

A Personalised Approach to Healing and Growth.

Finding the right therapist is an important step in your journey toward healing and self-discovery. To help you determine whether I’m the right therapist, I’d like to share my qualifications and therapeutic approach with you.

I am an integrative-trained counsellor; I employ a range of therapeutic theories to create a personalised and holistic style for our sessions. My practice is grounded in a person-centred approach, ensuring that you are at the centre of our work together. Instead of prescribing solutions, our partnership will explore different theories, strategies and creative techniques that best serve your individual needs and assist you on your journey toward growth and self-discovery.

I aim to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where you can freely explore your emotions, thoughts, and behaviours. I will use clear and straightforward language to help foster a therapeutic relationship rooted in honesty and trust. Together, we will build a foundation of safety and emotional regulation as we explore the issues you want to address in therapy. Our work together will deepen your self-understanding and enable you to discover new options and perspectives in your life.

I am also a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), actively pursuing accreditation alongside a diploma in clinical supervision. I adhere to the ethical standards set by my professional organisations and maintain full professional indemnity insurance, providing you with the support and professionalism you deserve on your journey to healing.
